T.N. Ward Company breaks ground on the new Stevenson Lane Residence Hall at Holy Family University.  Completion for Phase 1 is planned for August 2009 and includes a five story, 144 bed facility with all the amenities of a modern college dormitory. Subsequent Phases 2 & 3 to follow adding an additional 80 beds each.  The project is being delivered in a design/build collaborative approach with Metro Architects as the designer.
