Shore Memorial Hospital has taken occupancy of the new ER Pediatrics-Emergency Unit.  The scope of work includes the relocation and expansion of the Pediatrics Area of the hospital including the relocation of radiology and emergency drop alterations.  The 60,000 SF project includes all new state-of-the-art electronics, display technology screens, video walls, and med gas distribution. There is a dedicated and separate emergency pediatric treatment area and features such as new patient rooms, emergency treatments room, child-centric rooms and a Ronald McDonald Child’s Comfort Room.  Finishes consist of bright, child friendly colors, millwork, hard and soft radius ceilings and specialty lighting.
