Project Description:
TN Ward renovated this 85-year-old, four-story, 50,000 SF building on Venango Street to provide 53 units of housing for low-income families, veterans and homeless persons. Key building components include: management office, community room with kitchen, exercise room, laundry room, mail area and support services offices. The project is LEED® Gold certified and ENERGY STAR® rated.
