Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering – Engineering Hall

Project Description:

This 88,000 SF College of Engineering expansion connects to the original Rowan Hall with an elevated pedestrian bridge. The new building features wet and dry research laboratories, classrooms, conference rooms, faculty and staff offices, a dining facility and support spaces for STEM-related academic programs. The project scope also included new landscaping, surface parking, roadway access improvement and the addition of a traffic signal at Bowe Boulevard.
